Venue Change FAQ

1. Why was the concert venue changed?

To provide better accessibility, protection from weather conditions, and an immersive viewing experience from all seats, the concert has been relocated to The O2 Arena.

2. Is the concert schedule the same?

Yes, the concert will take place as originally scheduled on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM (GMT).

3. What happens to the tickets I already purchased?

All previously purchased tickets will be automatically reassigned. Your new seat information will be sent to you individually from your ticket agent, and no further action is required on your part.

4. Will the reassigned seats be of equal value to my original tickets?

Yes, we will make every effort to assign seats of equivalent value to your original tickets.

5. When will I receive my new seat information?

New seating information will be sent to you by individual email in about two weeks, and your new ticket will be available to download approximately two weeks before the show.

6. I’d like to buy tickets—when will sales reopen?

New ticket sales will reopen once the reassignment process is complete. The reopening schedule and ticketing platform will be announced separately.

7. Where is The O2 Arena located?

The O2 Arena is a premier indoor venue located in Greenwich, London.
